All necessary required training is provided

Our Laundry Specialist washes, dries, folds and organizes bedding, linens and kitchen linens and in addition performs janitorial duties and asssits in the dish pit.

Our Kitchen Helper works alongside the dishwasher and other kitchen staff providing assistance where needed.

Our Cafeteria Stewards clean and maintain the cafeteria.

Our Dishwasher provides residents, guests and employees with clean and sanitized utensils, dishes, pots and pans.

Previous Experience or Post Secondary Education Required

When applicable, additional training required will be provided.

Our Prep Cooks prepare and serve all items required for meal services based on the requirements of the day-to-day menu.

The Breakfast Cook develops and prepares breakfast items and provides the highest quality of service.

Our Baker works an overnight shift to develop and prepare all pastries and dessert products.

Our Salad/Sandwich Specialist prepares all stock items for the salad and sandwich bar.

Our Administration Assistant keeps accurate and up to date records of expenses and revenue, including preparation of all payroll.

Our Commissary Worker operates the small convenience store.

Our Housekeeping Supervisors lead a housekeeping crew of seven to nine housekeepers, acting as supervisor and role model.

Our HR Generalist provides support services to managers in the areas of recruitment, selection, hiring, and orientating employees.

Professional Certification Required

Our Assistant Chefs are either apprentices or Blue Seal certified.

Our Executive Chef is Red Seal certified.

Our Assistant Camp Managers have a minimum of Blue Seal certification with previous management experience.
